Outsourcing a business’ recruitment process to a third party company. Our responsibilities will include overlooking the hiring process, payroll, tax etc. We also ensure that the workers that we provide meet the needs and expectations of the clients company.
- Nuco Industrial Services will employ all employees under full support from the Zambian labour Department under predetermined conditions and fixed terms between the Employee and Nuco Industrial Services.
- Additional HR Service to ensure all employees have access to our HR Department for any Labour related questions and queries.
- Nuco Industrial Services Ltd will supply a Clocking System for the capturing of Labour hours, this will include the following:
- Will provide an onsite HR Admin Clerk for the purpose of Data Capturing and validating purposes.
- Will control all wages and attendance requirements using a Biomatrix System.
- Nuco Industrial Services Ltd will provide HR Services on site and from our Head offices with a fully qualified HR Specialist and HR Team to Monitor the progress of the employees and provide the necessary support and discipline to ensure the efficiency of the employees
- To ensure complete compliance with the Zambian labour law, charge out amounts must include the following Statutory requirements set out by the Zambian Labour Department.
